Return and Exchange Policy – Kamaan Store At Kamaan, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality products, and for this reason, we offer a clear and flexible return and exchange policy: First: Return Conditions Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase in the following cases: If the product is damaged or was harmed during shipping. If the product arrived with specifications different from those displayed in the store. If the product is expired upon receipt. Proof of purchase and photos of the product condition must be provided. Second: Exchange Conditions Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt in the following cases: Incorrect product received. Damage to the packaging or a mistake in packing. Third: Products Not Eligible for Return Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases: Opening the packaging or use. Poor storage by the customer (exposure to heat/humidity). More than 7 days have passed since receipt. Fourth: Return Procedure Contact customer service via: contact number / WhatsApp / email. The request will be reviewed within 24 – 48 hours. If approved, the following will be done: Refund the amount to the same payment method within 5–7 working days, or Send a replacement product free of charge as per the customer’s request. Fifth: Shipping Fees If the error is from Kamaan (shipping mistake – order mistake – damaged product), we bear all shipping and return costs. If the return request is due to the customer’s wish: no deduction for shipping and return fees.
